Ariana is amazing, she listens to what your needs and goals are. Then together formulates a plan to acheive those goals. She is gentle and tender when need be and agressive and focused when need be. I have made such huge improvements since adding massage therapy to my physical therapy regimen. I would recommend it for anyone who is recovering from an injury or has chronic pain issues.
